How Groupie Corral Works
Groupie Corral is a tool to let you manage e-mail newsletter campaigns. It's a simplified version of a very big tool that we use to run campaigns for everyone from the Pop Idol people to Estée Lauder to the TD Bank.
It's built on the latest and greatest Microsoft technology and it runs inside of your web browser on either a Mac or a PC, so you don't need any special software to use it.
Groupie can be as powerful as you need it to be, but most of our artist plans are designed for budgets and simplicity. We can grow with you as fast as you need us to.
HTML Templates
Most e-mail comes to you as simple text, but with Groupie you can use colours, images, columns and layouts. Groupie makes sure that it's going to work on Mac, PC, Hotmail, GMail and for dial-up users. Groupie also speaks RSS, so you can bring blog or MySpace posts (or content from anything that speaks RSS) into Groupie with one click, no retyping!
Managed Delivery
Even if you're small, a poorly delivered e-mail can be flagged as spam. And once you're spam, it's hard to get back into people's Inbox. Plus, the US laws on spam can penalize you for badly sent e-mail. Groupie is built to comply with both the law and good net etiquette, so you don't need to worry. We're whitelisted by major ISPs and we constantly upgrade to meet the latest standards. You just need to write and click Send.
Subscriber Management
Managing a list of 1000 subscribers can be a part-time job, and probably already have 10 part time jobs. Groupie has List Upload features (export from Outlook, import straight to Groupie), automates the subscribe and unsubscribe process, handles bounced e-mails and cleans your list of stale addresses. You can even add a subscribe form easily to your website with our Form Generator.
Reporting and Tracking
With Groupie Corral, you know who's reading your mail. You get reports on who opened your e-mail, what links they clicked and who subscribed recently. You can plan tours around where you've got an active readership and you can make better decisions when it comes to writing an e-mail by knowing what people like to read.
More Power is available
The great thing about Groupie Corral is that although it starts inexpensively and tailored for a list of 50-500, it can grow to handle a list of 500,000. Groupie can provide powerful reporting and list management features and it speaks Web Services, so you can connect it to other CMS or CRM tools.
